Purpose for which Virtual Agent collect your personal information:

Raw Property Pty Ltd (Virtual Agent) is required to collect personal information from your Property Management Agency (PMA) in order to provide software services.

Type of personal information collected:

The personal information which is collected includes, your full name, your email address, your property address and your home/mobile number.

How your information is collected:

Your information is collected when Virtual Agent syncs to your PMA’s real estate software program used to manage their business activities. Information may also be collected during telephone or e-mail contact with your PMA.

Sensitive information:

Virtual Agent does not actively collect sensitive information about individuals. In the event, Virtual Agent is made aware of any sensitive information, this will not be disclosed without consent (unless the law requires us otherwise).

How Virtual Agent use & disclose your personal information:

Virtual Agent may use or disclose your personal information for the primary purpose for which we collect it, or for related and reasonably expected secondary purposes, or where you have consented. Your personal information will be used by Virtual Agent for the primary purpose of providing software services to you/your PMA.

Use and disclosures may include:

• providing your information to contractors and service providers that provide services to your PMA
• providing your contact information to your tenants
• referencing any historical activities by all users
• collecting information provided by users during the use of the Virtual Agent product

How Virtual Agent stores & secures your personal information:

To protect the security of personal information at Virtual Agent, all data is stored electronically in a security protected database or in secure archiving/storage areas.

Electronic records are stored within Virtual Agent’s secure, restricted access computer systems, which is constantly upgraded to ensure security protection. Our servers are located on Azure, a Microsoft product.

Likelihood of overseas disclosure:

Virtual Agent is an Australian based company and whilst possible, it is unlikely that your information will be disclosed to overseas recipients. The location of Azure servers used by Virtual Agent are in Australia. Virtual Agent relies on the terms of service with Azure, of which all data is stored within Australia.

How to update & access your personal information:

If you believe Virtual Agent may hold personal information about you which is inaccurate, or you wish to change or update, or access any of the personal information that has been provided to Virtual Agent by your PMA, please contact us by emailing privacy@virtualagent.com.au.

If you have a query or complaint:

Employees of Virtual Agent are aware of their privacy obligations to you and must comply with clear privacy guidelines when dealing with your personal information. Any inappropriate dealings with your personal information will be seen as a serious matter and dealt with accordingly.
